Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact. As the Director of Finance, you’ll provide financial leadership for Parkland Health Foundation, supporting programs that improve community health while partnering with one of the nation’s leading public healthcare systems.

What You’ll Do

• Annual budget support and audit coordination, forecasting, and reporting

• Ensure financial integrity, internal controls, and regulatory compliance

• Oversee audits, financial statements, and nonprofit tax filings

• Partner with Foundation and Parkland leadership to drive operational excellence

• Build and lead a high-performing, engaged finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience

• 4+ years in the nonprofit sector (Foundation experience preferred)

• CPA preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
