Position Summary

The Vice President of Finance and Operations is a key member of senior leadership, overseeing financial management, compliance infrastructure, internal operations, and human resources. The VP partners closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, Vice President of Clinical Operations, and program leadership.

Following an expected retirement and an interim Controller, this role will lead a newly configured, integrated finance and operations team, including a recently launched ERP and HRIS, as YES continues to grow.
