About Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich

 

For over 100 years, Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich (BGCG) has offered Greenwich kids a safe place to learn and grow.

 

Every day, more than 350 kids come to BGCG after school. Programs focus on academic enrichment, healthy lifestyles, and character development. The organization also runs a summer program at Camp Simmons.

BGCG recently moved into its newly renovated Clubhouse following an extensive renovation.

 

The Opportunity

 

Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the day-to-day operations that bring its mission to life for thousands of local youth each year.

 

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will translate strategic priorities into exceptional youth programs, safe and welcoming Club environments, and efficient organizational systems.

 

This hands-on leader will oversee program operations, staff leadership, facilities, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strong community partnerships.

 

The ideal candidate will combine a passion for youth development with proven operational leadership and a talent for building high-performing teams.
