In 2024 HFP launched their new mobile clinic, which extends critical reproductive health and cancer screening services directly into underserved communities, ensuring accessible, high-quality care for individuals who may face barriers to traditional healthcare settings.
The organization’s mission is rooted in health equity, access, and compassion for underserved populations, with the goal to provide education and services to help people manage their reproductive health, manage chronic diseases, diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections and discover cancers at early and treatable stages.

Thousands of low-income individuals rely on HFP annually. One in nine Hoboken residents and over one in five

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee the annual budget, lead a committed and long-tenured team, and steward relationships with funders, public agencies, and the communities HFP serves. This is a rare opportunity for rising leader to provide direction and development to a deeply respected organization that plays a vital role in women’s health, health equity, and care access.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Vision: Drive strategic planning and ensure programmatic alignment, while championing a bold vision through innovation and a deep commitment to community well-being.
